We require a $50 deposit (a larger deposit will be required for larger orders) at the time of ordering. If you cancel within 21 days of your event, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel outside the 21 days and you have paid your deposit via a credit card we will have to charge a $10 credit card transaction fee. For schools, churches, etc, we will accept checks as a deposit. If you cancel within 21 days of your event and choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be held on file for any future party. We understand that things happen where you must cancel your rental, but please understand that when we reserve your items, no one else can rent them because we have taken it out of inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
